By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, creating a binding agreement with Ghost Writing Zone.

Definitions

• “Website” refers to all online content on the Ghost Writing Zone website.
• “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual placing an order for services or products, either on their own behalf or for another.
• “Company,” “We,” or “Our” refers to Ghost Writing Zone, a legally registered entity in the United States.
• “Product” encompasses all services and products provided by Ghost Writing Zone as per the Customer’s order.
• “Order” signifies a request for services or products made by phone or email, confirmed through payment via credit card, cash, or bank transfer.

Refund Policy

If the Client requests a refund before the Service Provider starts working on the project, 100% of the payment will be refunded (transaction charges will be deducted). We do our best to support the client and meet their demands. However, in case the resources are mobilized, the customer is not eligible for a refund. Since our team always works with the client to fix any concerns, our first priority will be facilitating customers with the required revision(s). Refunds, if issued, take 5 to 15 days to appear on the customer’s end. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) will be applied in all situations. The support staff will offer confirmation of acceptance for the refund request, which can only be submitted using the original payment method used when placing the transaction. You will also get a refund message via the email address you gave at the time of checkout. Please note our refund policy in the following instances:

Change of Mind

We do not refund the amount once the project is initiated by our team. Our project managers review the smallest details with the clients before assigning the projects to relevant teams. Thus, we don’t facilitate refunds in case of a change of mind after order placement.

Low-Quality Delivery

On a delivered product, a customer can only claim a refund under this reason once all the following options are exhausted:

A. If the delivered product does not meet the customer’s requirement as documented at the time of order placement.

B. We are devoted to providing 100% satisfaction to our clients and give limitless changes to guarantee satisfactory delivery. We assign, re-assign, and re-write your job to ensure total satisfaction. Reserve FREE Pages for the future, but of the same worth, which you may use at any moment. Suppose we are still unable to provide what you requested. In that case, a refund will be issued based on a mutually agreed-upon proportion (but only when the delivery is completely off the mark).

Late Delivery

We believe in “On Time Delivery.” However, suppose we fail to deliver the requested service on time after at least three tries from your side to reach us. In that case, your refund will be granted if it is shown by documentation evidence that the late delivery was the company’s fault. However, the company believes in sustainable employee dealing. Therefore, we give our team 10 to 15 days of grace time to deliver the project, depending on the nature of the incident that caused the delay in project completion. Also, in case of a refund, we deduct the amount from the total refund to compensate our team for the effort invested in the completed part of the project.

External Influences

External influences include natural disasters and calamities, which can hinder the project, and these instances are out of our control. Thus, any delay or disconnection of communication will not lead to a refund or refund claim.

Refund Time Frame

The time frame for a refund is under 10 days of first submission or order delivery, subject to no revisions a vailed. The company is not entitled to entertain a refund claim after the set time frame.

A. Customers must consider the deadline for claiming a refund at the time of order placement.

B. In case of late delivery due to some minor technical errors, such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references etc.

C. No refund will be issued based on a low word count.

Situations Exempt from Refunds

Minor technical errors, such as typographical or formatting issues, may qualify for partial refunds or future discounts as mutually agreed. Refunds will not be issued for any delays caused by the client.

Project Communication Policy

If a project lacks approval or specification feedback for 45 consecutive days, it will be marked as closed, with fees applicable to reopen.

Closed Project

A “Closed Project” is one that has been either fully delivered or left unclaimed for at least 45 days. Ghost Writing Zone holds no responsibility beyond this period.

Copyright & Personal Use

All delivered products are original and exclusively yours upon completion. You retain full copyright of these materials, and unauthorized use of content provided by Ghost Writing Zone may result in civil or criminal penalties. You agree to indemnify and hold Ghost Writing Zone harmless for any unauthorized use of our content.

Anti-Plagiarism Policy

Ghost Writing Zone strictly adheres to copyright laws, prohibiting any involvement in plagiarism or fraudulent activities. We guarantee original content that complies with all copyright standards. Ghost Writing Zone and its affiliates are not liable for any improper or illegal use of our products, including plagiarism, legal actions, academic penalties, or disciplinary consequences resulting from misuse.

Image Usage Policy

Unless specifically created by our team, we do not own the copyright to images. We may suggest image sources for your convenience. You may use royalty-free images without issue, but copyrighted images may incur additional fees.

Refunds

At Ghost Writing Zone, we prioritize client satisfaction and maintain a straightforward refund policy. If you request a refund before any work begins on your order, we will issue a full refund of the paid fee, minus any transaction charges. Once work on your project has started, a full refund is not possible due to the time and resources already invested.

Our products and services are provided on a non-refundable basis, with no implied warranties. However, clients are eligible for one complimentary revision. If the final quality does not meet your standards, you may request a partial refund of up to 50% of the paid fee, pending verification of the quality issues raised.

Revision Policy

Editing Orders

We will make necessary revisions to edited content to correct objective or technical errors. If no such errors remain, further revisions may be provided at our discretion.

Ghostwriting Orders

We will revise specific sections until client approval is given. Once approved, additional revisions will be subject to our editing rates.

Limitation of Liability

Ghost Writing Zone, along with its affiliates, employees, and partners, disclaims any liability for issues arising from website use or service delivery, including technical failures, delays, or typographical errors. You agree to hold us harmless for any claims resulting from your use of our services, including attorney fees or third-party claims arising from your usage or violation of these terms.

For ghostwriting orders, revisions will continue on specific sections until approval is given. Further adjustments will be billed at standard editing rates.

In no event shall Ghost Writing Zone be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or any information provided. Jurisdictional limitations may vary, which could affect the applicability of this limitation.

Amendments

Ghost Writing Zone reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary. We recommend reviewing this section periodically, as any changes will be reflected here.
